International Orders
DDRgaming.com DOES NOT TAKE INTERNATIONAL
CREDIT CARDS. ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS OR WITHOUT VERIFIABLE
ADDRESSES WILL BE CANCELLED. Please, use credit cards with verifiable billing
address.
Different
Billing address and Shipping address
If you place an order with shipping
address different from billing address of the credit card used, your order will
be cancelled unless preauthorized by DDRgaming customer care representative.
Shipping
Orders received before 9 AM PST on a business day will
be shipped the same day; orders received after 9 AM PST on a business day will
be shipped the following business day.
To CANCEL or CHANGE your order, please contact us by
PHONE at (626) 571-5103 before the order is processed. To do this, simply
contact us at (626) 571-5103 before 9:30 AM PST and provide your order number as reference. We DO NOT cancel or modify orders via EMAIL OR
INSTANT MESSAGING due to potential miscommunication errors.
DDRgaming.com offers shipping services from the
US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. UPS or FedEx shipping services including:
Home/Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, Standard Overnight (1-Day), and 2 Canadian
methods. UPS or FedEx guarantees their delivery times for 3-Day Select, 2-Day
and Standard Overnight services.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico include
UPS/FedEx Ground, UPS/FedEx 2-Day, UPS/FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders must be prepaid
by credit card at time of shipping.
Shipping
to APO/FPO addresses, available shipping method to these locations by US Postal
Service. All APO/FPO orders must be prepaid in US Dollars (credit cards are
considered prepayment). Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations
within 1 to 3 weeks. Unfortunately, free/discounted shipping does not apply to
APO/FPO destinations. For shipping rates to APO/FPO addresses, please contact
us at (626) 571-5103.
Most orders are processed within
24 hours of the placement during normal business hours. Orders placed during weekend or Holidays will be
processed on the following business day. An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the buyer after an order is placed
at www.DDRgaming.com. Also, the buyer will be provided
with tracking information, which can be tracked at www.usps.com, www.fedex.com or www.ups.com,
where applicable. There is no UPS or FedEx deliveries or pick ups on weekends and on holidays.
NOTE:
There is currently a shipping weight limit of 150 lbs per shipment by UPS
and FedEx. If your shopping cart contains multiple large items, i.e. several
pieces of metal dance pads, the Shopping Cart page will not allow you to go
through the Checkout process. In order to complete the Checkout process, you
will be required to separate your items to multiple orders. Should you have

Damages during Transit
Orders
damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling are the
customer's responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is
delivered. If you need to file a claim for damaged goods with UPS or FedEx, be
sure that you note the damage on the bill before you sign for the product.
All damage claims must be notified within 14 days from delivery date. DDRgaming.com will not be held responsible for any damage claims if customers fail to notify DDRgaming.com within the 14 days window. Our customer service phone number is 626-571-5103.
UPS and FedEx require the
recipient to keep the original carton box in the event of a damage pickup or an
on-site inspection on the damaged item. If you did not retain the original
carton box, we WILL NOT be able to process a damage claim for you.
Changes to Shipping Addresses
We will
make the necessary changes to your order if the order had not been processed and
shipped by UPS or FedEx. Simply call us at (626) 571-5103 and provide your
order number as reference. We will not be able to make same day address
changes if you contact us by fax or by email. Please note that our daily cut-off
time is 9:00 AM PST on a business day. Orders received on weekends, holidays,
and after 9:00 AM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped the next
business day.
If the
order had been shipped and picked up by UPS or FedEx, we will gladly contact UPS
or FedEx and make the necessary changes on your behalf. Please note that there
will be a $15 change of address fee assessed by UPS or FedEx for the necessary
changes. We will require immediate payment of the change of address fee by
credit card before a change can take place. Should you have any questions in
regards to UPS or FedEx shipping policies, please contact UPS at (800) PICKUPS,
FedEx at (800) GOFEDEX. For shipments that had already been shipped by USPS, we
would not be able to make the necessary changes. Please ensure that you have
input the correct shipping address at the checkout screen prior to finalizing
your order.
Note: There is no UPS or FedEx pick-up
or delivery on weekends and on holidays.
Shipping to Canada
DDRGaming.com fulfills online Canadian orders thru UPS Standard and UPS
Worldwide Express. We do not ship orders to Canada by USPS. To
calculate the required s&h fee, simply add the item to the shopping
cart, go thru our checkout page, and choose UPS Standard or UPS
Worldwide Express. The shipping charges will appear on the next page.

The recipient of an international
shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a
shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must
be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot
predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to
country; you should contact your local customs office for further
information.

General Warranty
DDRgaming.com offers 30-day warranty for all dance pad, guitar controller products sold through our web site and over the phone. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Limited warranty may be provided by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Please check product description before placing order. Neither the manufacturer nor DDRgaming.com will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.
Return Policy
- 30-day refund/exchange policy (from the Ship Date) for all return products
and defective products. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns
regardless of condition.
- No refunds or exchanges on gaming systems such as Playstation 2, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, etc.
- No refunds or exchanges on speciality items such as Nintendo Wii Fit.
- For all Exchanges, a shipping
& handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge. The shipping
& handling fee will be determined by UPS rate.
- For all Damaged items, we will
claim with FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. Please be sure to keep the original
packaging boxes so that FEDEX, UPS, or USPS can come and inspect them.
If you lose your original packaging boxes, we will not be able to process
your damage claim.
- All damage claims must be notified within 14 days from delivery date. DDRgaming.com will not be held responsible for any damage claims if customers fail to notify DDRgaming.com within the 14 days window. Our customer service phone number is 626-571-5103.
- We will test all returned
DEFECTIVE products; if they are not defective, we will charge you the shipping
cost to ship the items back to you.
- All merchandise returned must
be shipped Freight Prepaid. Products must be received within 10
business days from the RMA number issue date. Products should be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION
and enclosed in their original boxes. All original manuals and accessories
should be included. If the products are not in their original condition or
incomplete; they may be rejected or subject to a 30% or more restocking fee.
- No return for opened CDs or Games.
- Any physical damage caused by
mishandling or abused shall void the warranty. No RMA number will be issued
without the correct Order Number.
- RMA number should be clearly marked
on outside of the boxes. Failing to do so will result in delaying RMA process.
- All parts with permanent marks
on them will not be qualified for exchange or credit.
- All warranties are based on the
date that the customer received the products. The seller must be notified
of any Defective On Arrival (DOA) products within 7 days of the ship date.
- There will be a 20% restocking
fee on all of the refused shipments or returned merchandise.
- Shipping/Handling charges are
non-refundable.
- Items with UPC labels may not
be returned or exchanged if the UPC label was missing. We provide warranty
to the original purchaser only.
- All RMA shipment returning to
the customer will be shipped by normal ground services. Other shipping methods
can be arranged with additional charges.
- There will be no CROSS SHIPPING.

Repair, Or Exchanges:
If you are qualified for credit,
repair, or exchanges. You will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
for all merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange. Please send us

Please include the following information when you
send the merchandise:
Your Name, Phone Number, Product
